  I definitely noticed a difference in my mood after taking these. The winter blues really set in, and I'm pretty sure that these have contributed to an elevated mood. they're really small so easy to swallow, great value for money as a whole pack lasts a year, and they're vegetarian!
  
  It would be great if you used eco packaging though, as the bottle is really thick plastic and is also far bigger than necessary.
