  I decided to buy this so that washing my pro trek bike would be easier including some general maintenance.
  
  This is my overview and hopefully it helps you.
  
  The stand is very sturdy, easy to setup and not difficult to adjust with bike secured.
  My frame is quite beefy as it is a mountain bike but it is light as it has alot of components made from carbon fibre, so I cannot say how it will handle a heavy metal based bike.
  Able to easily secure bike by tightening knob and securing handle bar with rubber like strap so that the handle bars dont keep moving. The stand holds the bike and the handle bars quite delicately so there wont be any damage.
  You have this handy tool tray with a magnet that works a treat for doing repairs or maintainence.
  Also I had a shed being built, do to the lockdown, this was paused for months and the stand had been in the elements all this time, it managed well !!
  
  All in all worth the price, and folds down to a manageable size
