  I hate to give a 1-star rating, but what option is there if the item delivered is just the wrong size. It is advertised as being a black, 86 mm (A.F.) ring spanner. The picture in the ad. shows a red tool, so I wasn't alarmed when it arrived. A few days later, when I tried to unscrew my failed immersion heater, the spanner just rotated around the heater head. I reached for my vernier caliper to verify the heater head size, and that was just under 86 mm A.F. I then checked the spanner, and that was 90 mm A.F.
  I suspect that a new delivery of wrongly- labelled spanners has arrived at the seller, and the goods-in inspector didn't check the size, just looked at the label, and accepted that as the truth, even though the colour was wrong. Whoops!
