I have noticed that if I take it in the morning on an empty stomach, I do feel a bit nauseated. I've only noticed nausea within the past month - but eating something tiny, or drinking a lot more water seems to fix the problem until it passes.
With the current Pandemic situation, I try to have all required Vitamins and this Complex is great as it has majority I need in 1 tablet. Additionally, I just take Vit D at the moment.
Only thing I disliked was that I was unable to take it on an empty stomach so I took it with food and have no problems.
Ingredients per capsule:
• Hydrolized Marine Collagen 450mg,
• Hyaluronic Acid 25mg,
• Coenzyme Q10 15mg,
• Vitamin C 40mg
• Vitamin E 6mg
• Zinc 5mg
