I'd previously tried using a branded spray mold remover which made hardly any difference on the grouting and silicone sealing, but this product has got almost all of it with one very simple application.
It's a gel that you can just squeeze on and leave for several hours, depending on the severity of the mold you are treating. It has next to no smell. There is a handy scrubbing tool provided, which I used just briefly to be sure the gel was well worked in.
I used it where the bathroom tiles meet the bath, around the sink and in the corner of the tiles around the bath, right up the wall. The gel is thick enough to stay in place on all of those surfaces.
The only mold that is now left is what was not removed before the previous owners of the house went over areas with a further layer of grout/silicone seal, and is therefore not possible to get to to clean.
