  This is a very capable and easy-to-use scanner. The control panel is clear and easy to use. You can scan several double-sided pages in seconds, and it was delivered to a city of different destinations, including Dropbox and OneDrive and Google Drive. The accompanying software comes in both Windows and Mac versions and is intuitive, giving you tidy images with no blank pages. If you want to go 'paperless' or clear a backlog of paperwork, I recommend the Scansnap ix1600. You can have multiple profiles for other users or family members. I've had mine a couple of weeks and have only experienced one paper jam, which was easy to free.
