  Not bad at all. Even feels more sturdy than I expected. Side flaps for pannier bag support could be longer. But the worst thing (though easy to fix) is the height of screw heads, they block pannier bag hooks from locking there properly. I had to get flat head screws for replacement. Also I suspect that telescopic side stays will break if you reposition their locks a few times as they are aluminium and the locking screws leave deep marks on them each time.
  I recommend getting a frame attached rack (as opposite to seat post attached) for higher loads if you have such option as it will go lower than this one.
