ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Logistics works with local and regional transportation partners across the country who deliver packages to ÍøÆغÚÁÏ customers.

Safety is ÍøÆغÚÁÏ's top priority. In the event of an emergency, or if you need to report an incident involving a driver delivering on behalf of ÍøÆغÚÁÏ:

  1. Secure your own safety.
  2. Call 999 if police or emergency medical services are needed.
  3. Contact us to report the incident to ÍøÆغÚÁÏ. Select Help with something else, select Something else, then select I need more help. Follow the prompts to speak with an agent and report your issue.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your ÍøÆغÚÁÏ order in Your Orders. If you need more detailed help with tracking your package, please visit Track Your Package.

Delivery Information

Drivers delivering on behalf of ÍøÆغÚÁÏ won't typically knock on your door or ring your doorbell, unless a signature or one-time password (OTP) is required.

If you need your package delivered at a later date than scheduled, go to Your Orders and select the Track Package button for the relevant order. If your order is eligible, you'll be able to select the Request Reschedule link.

You can redirect eligible shipments to an ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Hub Locker using your ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Shopping App. Go to Your Orders, select your order, then choose Send to a nearby pickup point.

Age Verified Deliveries

Note: Certain items available on ÍøÆغÚÁÏ are age restricted. By placing an order for one of these items you’re declaring that you meet the age restriction. Valid photographic ID and a signature of the recipient are required upon delivery. It’s not possible to request that these items be left at a neighbor’s address or in a safe location and they can't be delivered to a locker or pick-up point. If your order is delivered to a commercial address or residential apartment block, the receptionist, concierge, or mail room attendant receiving your package needs to provide a valid ID showing they are old enough to receive it. If they can’t, the package will be returned to ÍøÆغÚÁÏ for redelivery the following day. All information we receive about customers is treated in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Find a Missing Package

You may find the tracking will show that a package has been delivered, but you haven't received it. If this happens, check to see if the package was left with a receptionist or neighbor. You can visit Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered for more information. If you checked these places, and you still can't locate your package, please contact us. We'll be happy to look into it for you.

Access Codes and Delivery Instructions

If you'd like to give delivery instructions, you can enter it during checkout or add it through Your Account. Select Track Item on the relevant order in Your Orders and select Provide Delivery Instructions on the Progress Tracking page. You can include things like driving directions or a safe place to leave your package.

You can also manage your delivery address for future orders through Your Account. Go to Manage Address Book under Settings and select Change. You can provide information like the address type (Residential or Commercial), intercom number, or a security access code. This information is saved in your Address Book and applied to any future orders that you place to that address.

Delivery instructions entered on your ÍøÆغÚÁÏ account are temporarily visible only to partners delivering with ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Logistics. You can designate a location that is hidden from sight in your delivery preferences.

If your package isn't being delivered by an ÍøÆغÚÁÏ transportation partner, please contact the carrier for assistance. To find the name of your carrier, visit Your Orders and select Track Package. See Carrier Contact Information for contact information.

Issues not Related to an Order

If you encounter an issue with a delivery driver that isn't related to receiving a package, Customer Service is here to help. If you don't have an Order ID to share, the following information will help our Customer Service team research the incident:

  • Street/intersection where the issue occurred
  • The time of day the issue occurred
  • Description of the driver's vehicle
