  Disappointing performance from this basic syphon. I couldn’t get a decent flow going and it certainly won’t suck up what’s left in the bowl of a water fountain.
  UPDATE: Good customer service by seller, who has voluntarily offered a refund. Not necessary as this was a free item for review, but shows a caring attitude.
