  These mushrooms are increasingly recognised for numerous health benefits.
  
  This Lls offering seems a good way to take them as its a diverse combination of 5 recommended types . They seem great quality, though I understand some are sourced from China (Cordyceps only found in high altitude asia - so I guess fair enough, but would prefer local source wherever possible)
  
  I feel a general improvement in sense of well-being, more energy and enthusiasm. I expect to buy again
