These supplements contain ingredients that are being studied for their cognitive improving qualities and have shown promising results especially with the elderly and those having decline in their memory and cognition.
It's important to note that at the moment this is only studies and not proven so we need to bear in mind that whilst they may work for some people they may not for others. It's also important to note that taking supplements usually take a while for benefits to be seen so don't expect results within the first week!
The added B vitamins and zinc all help mental performance too so we have a good mix.
I've had a look at getting the supplements separately to compare prices and quantities and tbh it's very hard to compare because there is so many variants, differing strengths etc.
Phosphatidylserine in particular is quite an expensive supplement on its own so considering all the ingredients for a 28 day supply for £27 at time of review or subscribe and save at just under £25 seems to be about average pricing.
These are supplied in a box with 2 foil protected inserts containing the supplements which are day marked. Not sure why these need the days of the week marking on them tbh as the usual dose is 2 per day! It wouldn't matter if you took 1 from Saturday and 1 from wednesday lol.
They are batch numbered and a best before date stamped on the box. This assures me that they're quality controlled.
I think these are worth a try for those with memory issues and if they work then great. If they don't then at least you tried.
I've noticed an improvement in my recall (I've noticed a decline in my memory recently) so I attribute this to these supplements so hopefully these continue to help me abate the changes that are inevitable with old age.
I will continue to research the prices and quantities as well as strengths to gauge if these are worthy of purchasing again.
