Q1: Why does it not work/no compatible/no sound on my TV?

A1: Please make sure you are plugging in the TV audio OUTPUT jack or RCA Port, and both devices are successfully paired. Then change the TV’s sound settings from “TV speaker” to “Audio out”.NOT the INPUT jack. You use a wired headset to plug into the TV to test whether there is audio output. If there is only the Digital Optical Audio out on your TV back and you should purchase one Digital to AUX audio converter.

Q2; Can't pair it with my headphones

A2: Please turn off other Bluetooth devices around you, make sure the switch on the side of the transmitter is in "TX" mode, then long press the MFB button to enter pairing mode with blue led flash, open the Bluetooth headphone and enter pairing mode to pairing, once connect success, the LED will stay on blue.

Q3: Haven't been able to connect?

A3: If there are a lot of Bluetooth signals around you, please clear the pairing and then reconnect your own device.

Q4: The description says that there is low-latency technology, why is there still an audio lag when I watch TV?

A4: To achieve perfect low latency it's required that your headphones also support apt-X Low Latency. If not, please purchase related products on the apt-X office website.

Q5: Can it be used for musical instruments?

A5: For live music or musical instruments, it is suggested using specialized Bluetooth transmitter receiver.

Q6: Why Bluetooth adapter will not power on？

A6: Please re-charge it and make sure the adapter has enough battery power. Plug the unit into a USB charger and see if the LED indicator turns Red and low power.

Q7: How to clear Bluetooth history?

A7: In power off status, whether in TX or RX mode, long press the MFB button of BTI-018 for 8-9 seconds till Blue & Red flashing twice at the same time and then power off automatically and it has cleared the pairing records of BTI-018.

Q8: Can l use the BTl-018 adapter while it is charging?

A8: Yes, you can use it when you charge it or while in charging.

Q9: I can pair my one device well, the audio become cut out or no sound when dual Link.

A9: BT-018 works best for same brand/model of headphones. Conditions in which Dual Link may not work as well -2 speakers, 1 headphone + 1 speaker, 2 different brands / models of headphones.

Self-check list of other pairing-related issues：

1. Delete the pairing record in the pairing history device. 2. Make sure to turn off Bluetooth from other nearby devices. 3. Clear the pairing record of the item and re-pair.
