    Brilliant!!
    Excellent charger that I bought for my new lithium battery! Very happy with it! I bout the extension cable to go with it but to be honest I don’t think it’s needed (it’s long enough!). Would recommend this charger to anyone, on the higher end in terms of cost but well worth it!

Excellent value for money as replacement battery would have cost more. Lightweight, easy to lug around. Generally straightforward to use in my view although the instructions weren’t very clear (you might not need anyway if you’re a cowboy). 10,000 stars.

      Id been interested in getting a battery charger for a while but in the past they always been bulky things and required removal of the battery which was not only too much faff but would cause my Mercedes a lot of problems in terms of settings and codes. This was all prompted by my car ebing laid up in lockdown and struggling to start some mornings.

      After seeing a noco in use at the Mercedes Specialist I sue I did some research and took the plunge with a genius 5.

      Seemed to be well reviewed and has a number of great features,. My merc uses a 12v AGM battery and a quick check under the bonnet showed easy access positive and negative poles.

      The charger arrived and it is quite compact but I was dissapointed not to have a bag included to keep it all together.

      Chucked my car int he garage and at this point for reference I have a 2017 B200d with original battery thats been driven on the motorway everyday for the last few months allbeit stood for say 4 weeks due to lockdown.

      Connecting up was super simple and a quick press to select 12v AGM and it started. As I suspected it was on les sthan 25%. I left it go for several hours and came back to find it on green and charged. Started well the first time.

      The charger has a repair and maintenance function and looking online all the specialists recommend topping up the battery regularly and even go as far as to say that with Mercs (that have two batteries such as mine) they should come with the hook up preinstalled or you should install hook up cables ready and it should be as routine as parking up your car,

      I think had I left mine that a wouldn't have run it have as much as needed to get anywhere near 100% and no doubt would have given out at an inopportune moment.

      An AGM battery is like to hundred notes and just this one use has probably saved me that in so much as regular top ups now will keep the battery going strong for hopefully years to come.

      I needed to buy a new battery charger after my very old one packed up.
      After a lot of searching and review reading I settled for the NOCO Genius 5. I’ve got to say, it’s a game changer in terms of quality and ease of use. They say you can’t judge a book by its cover but I think everyone will agree that a products packaging tells you a lot about what might be inside the box; inside the outer ÍøÆغÚÁÏ box was a brown cardboard box with the NOCO logo on and then inside that was the very smartly designed NOCO Genius box sealed in cellophane with very clear pictures and labelling as to what is inside. Open the box and it slides apart to reveal the charger with all of the associated cables and instructions all held in place with 2 protective foam inserts. The charger is well designed and well made the cables all feel top quality and the crocodile clips are large and solid and made from what appears to be copper, all connections are sheathed and or heat sealed. First used to final charge and then maintain a 120Ah caravan leisure battery. On my meter it showed 12.2v so I connected the NOCO, the 25% charge light came on, then after 10 seconds or so the 50% light, followed 10 seconds later by the 75% light and finally after a slightly longer time, the green fully charged light which then after a while starts to slowly pulse to show that it’s now in maintenance mode.
      A brilliantly designed, very well made and easy to use piece of kit.

      Simple to use and nice long cables. I haven't needed to use the flat battery option but its good to know its there if needed. I kind of regret not buying the bigger ones. The 5A works completely fine and I read they all slow charge above a certain % anyway. However, when using it outside, there's always a worry so the less time the better!
