I have purchased a number of UGREEN items - they are almost always excellent quality and even this vertical desktop (2 slot) device is excellent and made of solid metal, however the mechanism it uses to adjust is not reliable because to adjust you slide the metal section (one for the front, another at the rear), you tighten a retaining screw, and as you put your device into it, the partitions don't always hold which is very annoying.

I think it's a design issue and although I love the quality, look and feel, am considering returning it.
