I love everything about this stand. I am an amateur photographer and know a bit about tripods and the important features and this one ticks all the boxes for a tablet stand. It's lightweight, folds up small, (easy to carry) base feet extend for stability, priced well,
every adjustment is made with snap bars, (no time consuming screws) the tablet and phone holder are tight and stable. I am learning to play the ukulele and will use a tablet to read my music from and the secondary holder for a phone or power bank. My phone can connect to an amp via Bluetooth and thus adjustments can be made without moving to the amp itself. This stand comes with a two year limited warranty and ........... well it's just perfect for my needs.

It opens out to a very respectable height using simple cam locks to slide out the 3 sections to full extension, the legs fold down and lock in with a 3 position ratchet type clamp. At full extension the tablet clamp was level with my eyeline and I'm a little over 6 foot tall so it's definitely a good size for most uses, the optional phone clamp secures to any part of the upright post with a swing out screw clamp, it could also be used on any other similar diameter pole for other uses as it's completely detachable.
The legs one the tallest setting are a little wobbly but at full height you'd be better on the mid setting for more stability especially with a 10 inch tablet at the top.
Overall a very useful tripod stand that can fold down to a reasonable size to be stored away or carried with you.

I bought one of these because it specifically states it is suitable for a 12.9 inch Ipad Pro.

The stand itself is of good quality metal and well put together, unfortunately the neck and mount for the device are not, they are made of cheap plastic.

The first one I received lasted 3 weeks, then, without warning, £1500 worth of ipad hit the floor. Fortunately it was in a shock-resistant case, so no damage done.

The plastic neck of the stand had broken, revealing that all that was supporting the expensive device was some cheap plastic with two small metal prongs inside.

Now I’ve bought numerous items from this brand before, so I assumed I’d just been unlucky, I returned the faulty stand and bought another.

Six weeks later and I’m crossing the room to my iPad when it suddenly starts to tilt forward all on its own.

This time I manage to grab it before it hits the floor.

The neck has broken in *exactly* the same place.

It is plainly obvious this item is in no way robust enough to be trusted with something as weighty/valuable as a 12.9 Ipad Pro, it may be fine for one of the smaller iPads or perhaps a phone but I really wouldn’t trust it, or any other stand with a plastic neck, with the 12.9 Pro.

It’s rather wobbly after a slight knock. Also the fasteners are quite fragile looking plastic.

The smaller phone holder doesn’t fit the narrower rod and is still quite loose on the middle section.
