Like Malcy Talc's comment above I find that the shredder does not grab the paper and I too have to 'jiggle' the paper(s) to make it bite. I also find the cutters tend to get stuffed up on modest throughput though so far I have been able to clear them. Maybe I will get used to these manoeuvres but it is going to slow things down and it shouldn't really be necessary. Regretfully I cannot therefore give this any good recommendation.
