Does this shredder need the lubricant?

We suggest that using the shredder lubricant every six month. Also, this shredder can be used with a trash bag for easy cleaning.

The shredder is showed with wheel in the pic, is it the whole shipment? Or separated?

The shredder and 4 casters are packed separately. It is easy to assemble them by following the instruction. As for safety concern, the casters would not be taken apart after being put on.

What shoud I do when the "Overheat" light turns on?

Please unplug the shredder and let it cool down for 90 minutes. Then it can restart to work.
