I would highly reccomend these! I've been taking probiotics for a few months now and it's changed my life. IBS ruined every activity you can imagine. I went through packets and packets of immodium daily until I started probiotics and like magic my guts felt like a normal person again! I use this Probiotics Bio Cultures Complex around two weeks already and must say that I am very pleased. The blend of 20 Billion CFU's of 12 different vegan strains of bacteria provides a very powerful concentration of beneficial bacteria that has helped my digestive system immensely. In its place I tried these capsules - but our guts are almost as individual as our fingerprints and I'm afraid these simply did not work. From the first week they caused considerable stomach upset and diarhorrea, and although I persevered - thinking it was just a temporary reaction - at the end of the third week I gave up.
