I found that although my phone is only a couple of years old, my charger port is already acting up. I've cleaned it out etc and had no luck, tried lots of different cables, but unfortunately something has definitely gotten damaged, possibly as the result of a drop (this is what killed my last phone!). Because of this, I wanted to find a solution for everyday charging, and was pleased to see that Anker offered a reasonably-priced alternative to the Apple magsafe chargers of similar design. This suits me perfectly - the cable is nice and long, it charges at the same sort of speed I would expect of a regular cable, and works perfectly with my magsafe otterbox case. It even somehow works through my phone grip if I forget to remove that first, although I don't leave it like that I must say but interesting to know that it can do it. All-in-all, another great product from Anker who are always my go to for cables and other similar tech stuff.
