Yes, pls get the battery pack fully charged before using it for the first time. Because each battery only has 50% power when leaving factory.

It seems some noise from the connecting rods when using the battery, and is it normal ?

Yes, it's normal. The keep the stability of battery, inner design of the battery contains metal instructure. Therefore, there may be some squish noise when you try to change the shape of connecting rod.

The video shows to charge the iPhones, and will any link cable be packed with ?

Definitely not. There would be only one type-c cable for VR headset, and no extra cables for other devices.
