Was on the verge of putting it back into the box and returning, because we couldn't get it to work.
When we ...(ok, my wife) finally figured out that you have to press and hold the on/off switch to get this to power up, I was really pleased with the rechargeable knife. I use it daily as we always make our bread at home and it has another set of blades with finer serrations used for carving meat. Gone are the frustrations of trying to keep a power cord out of the way because you are left handed. The knife cuts meat and home made loaves with a quiet ease. Would benefit from some sort of stand instead of having to put everything back into the case and the trigger is underneath making it a little awkward to use on a normal height worktop. The actual performance of this knife so far, make those niggles unimportant

This cordless electric knife came well packaged and seems to be of good quality. The package included 3 accessories, a bread knife, a meat knife and a fork,each of them is quite sharp so you have to be very careful when using them. This electric knife was easy to use and clean, it is suitable for use at home but also to take with you whenever we want to do a barbecue outside the house. The knife is rechargeable, the battery lasts a long time, it is very fast and powerful and works very well for cutting meat or bread. I think it is a good product, as for the price I can't give an opinion because it is not available at the moment.
