I've been using this USB C to HDMI adaptor to connect a secondary monitor to my new Dell XPS laptop, which only offers USB C ports. Upon plugging it in, the adaptor allowed the laptop to instantly recognise the new input and shared the display correctly. I had been trying a different adaptor before which constantly cut out (especially when laptop went to sleep with power saving mode). I am pleased to report that I've been using this adaptor all day for work and have not experienced any screen blackouts. It functions seamlessly as anticipated. Very happy to recommend!
