This is a great bit of kit for Smallrig. I got this to create a quick release mount my Sony ActionCam for my MTB bike. Using the small NATO Rail also from Smallrig I mounted that to the ActionCam and the NATO clamp allows me to dock and un-dock the ActionCam with my bike mount in a second.

The Clamp is well made and strong. So far its survived being out in all weathers.

The clamp also allows me to mount my DJI Osmo Pock to the same bike mount using the rail system. So I can quickly switch from one camera to another with out using multiple mounts or other adopters.

My video rig isn't complicated - a Smallrig cage is permanently attached to my BMPCC6kG2 camera - but I usually add a top handle if out and about with it, and a battery plate for longer recording sessions. I've added a couple of short Nato rails to the cage and this clamp is fitted to my Smallrig NP-F battery plate.
It means I can attach it quite quickly, without needing to fiddle with screws, and can slide it to get better balance.

This Nato clamp will fit the FX Impact 2 perfectly. It is not the biggest or beefiest of clamps, but it works. This will allow you to fit a Swiss Arca Mount onto your Rifle, that then will allow you to fit it to a Tripod of your choice. It fits my Primos gen 3 trigger stick via they're own adapter. It also fits my Manfrotto Tripod. I offer a word of caution though. My FX Impact is a light gun, anything of substantial weight may cause stability problems, especially if the clamp is not sitting in a well balanced position. When you consider the cost of the more tactical options of Tripod mounts this may be of some use to you all. Hope this helps.
