PLOT...These were the movies released from 1977 to 1983. They primarily focus on the Rebel Alliance trying to free the galaxy from the clutches of the Galactic Empire, as well as Luke Skywalker's quest to become a Jedi and face Sith Lord Darth Vader and his master the emperor also known as Darth Sidious.I wont go into anymore of the plot as we all know and love the original trilogy as fans and know everything that happens by now, this is a fantastic set for fans, a beautiful hard-box with simple yet great art work inside and out, a fold out insert with the six discs, great collection, plenty special features to watch too, this set is of course the special edition versions, one day they may release the original theatrical superior versions, but until then we have to watch these versions that Lucas decided to hack about with, personally I like the new scenes filmed for Empire but Anew hope and Jedi have some terrible CG added and some bad alterations to characters. Great set for new and old fans alike.Blu-ray discs look great in HD nice sharp blacks and colours.Features are plentiful with commentaries, making, deleted scenes and much, much more.Region FREE ABC. Running times 125, 127, 135mins. 1977-1983/2022.English language movies, English subtitles.
