Only used this once and extremely frustrating tripod. All the leg mechanism are extremely stiff and required a lot of force to open and close. One of the sections now seems to be stuck and not opening at all. Returned it for a refund

I like this tripod as it's about the same weight as most other travel tripods I've tested but this has slightly stiffer legs thanks to the thicker carbon used on this, the ball head is also very easy to use, it's not the tallest at only 150ish cm when using the centre column, but more than enough for my travel use, the payload is 15kg on the legs but only 8kg on the ball head, so really only 8kg load as despite the legs holding more the ball head will not, that's still a big payload though even my a7iv and 200-600mm lens is only 4kg so still more than I'd ever use at 8kg, quality is great, twist locks are really good, the built-in spikes should be standard on all tripods it's a really great feature.

Overall, well worthy of 5 stars.

⭐⭐⭐ Good travel tripod, but with some significant flaws

I purchased this tripod because of its light weight and compact size, which are perfect for travel. In terms of portability and stability, it performs well, even at maximum height.

However, it has a major drawback: the head is not interchangeable, so you can't replace it with a head that has separate movements or a fluid head. The included ball head, while aesthetically pleasing, has several issues that make it less functional for me:

It's not possible to make smooth panoramic movements without unlocking the entire ball, and even if you rotate the central column, you risk changing the height.
The ball is locked with a lever instead of a knob. The tension of this lever is not adjustable—or at least I haven't figured out how to do it—and it doesn't tighten properly. Over time, it will likely loosen further.
The tilt is only possible in one direction relative to the mounting plate, which severely limits its flexibility.
These aspects make the tripod almost unusable for architectural photography or video shooting. Additionally, I noticed that the leg locks tend to get stuck even when not tightened forcefully.

In summary, it's a shame because the weight-to-vibration-to-cost ratio would have been exceptional. However, the flaws in the head's design severely limit its usability.

Ce trépied est à la fois polyvalent, léger, compact, et très pratique !

Que ce soit pour faire de la photo, de la video, de l'éclairage ou même de l'astronomie, la modularité en hauteur, en angle et en diametre de la base offre une infinité de possibilités.

La structure, entièrement en carbone, confère une légèreté hors norme au trépied et permets de l'emporter partout sans vraiment se soucier du poids!
Par ailleurs, même soumis aux conditions météos les plus dégradées, le trépied ne bouge pas en terme de rouille, de qualité des fixations ou autres avaries liées à la météo. Le mien est resté dehors un mois et ne présente aucun dommage !

El trípode no está nada mal, de peso contenido y en una bolsa de trasporte acolchada, que la verdad es que el acolchado es mejor que otras que he tenido.

Las patas se alargan mediante una ligera torsión, no con pestañas como otros. ésta modalidad siempre me ha gustado más que las pestañas, le dan al trípode, a mi parecer, más estabilidad. Y una vez desplegado la verdad es que ni una de las patas se mueve lo más mínimo.

En la parte inferior lleva tacos de goma útiles en terreno asfaltado pero si queremos usarlo en terreno blando quitando esos tacos nos aparecen en la punta puntas para clavar las patas y ganar estabilidad.

Podemos poner el trípode completamente horizontal, algo bastante útil para fotos o grabaciones a casi ras del suelo.

La zapata de liberación rápida, una vez quitada, nos muestra un nivel de burbuja en el centro, algo útil si queremos dejar el trípode completamente nivelado.

La altura del tubo central sí es mediante pestaña, algo que en eso ni entro ni salgo, es rápido y se ajusta bien. Lo que ya no me ha gustado nada es que es imposible hacer paneos ni en horizontal ni en vertical de manera suave y precisa, es que es prácticamente IMPOSIBLE, ya que liberamos ligeramente la rótula pero ni va suave ni nada que se le parezca, y para hacer paneos horizontales es igual, hay que liberar un poco la rótula, por lo que perdemos la horizontalidad si nos movemos lo más mínimo.

En fin, que por materiales y robustez aprueba, pero en usabilidad no, por lo que no le puedo dar más de 3 estrellas.
